Returns
At Mis Vora, we offer a 7-day return policy. Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The product must be returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products after delivery
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect handbag, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures or video proof.
After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process
- The refund will be provided through the available payment method or bank transfer (depending on the order method)
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.
Exchange Policy
We only accept exchanges for:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective handbag
