At Mis Vora, we aim to provide the best shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- With all tags and accessories included
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and will be sent to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be refunded, including:
- Used or damaged products
- Items without original packaging
- Items on sale or discounted (if applicable)
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- If the product is defective or wrong item is delivered, we will cover the return shipping cost
